Apostilling Certificates of Good Standing (CoGS)

I have a CoGS:

If you have a current Certificate of Good Standing, please send it to the following address by post, and we will arrange for it to be apostilled:

I do not have a CoGS:

If you do not have a current Certificate of Good Standing, you can purchase it from our Additional Services section on the Main Menu.

When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation and receipted invoice. We will obtain your Certificate from Companies House and arrange for it to be apostilled as soon as possible.

You will have the option of an express service (certificate issued within 24 hours) or a standard service (certificate issued within 5 working days). Please note these timescales are in addition to our 14-day expected turnaround time for all apostille document orders.

It is recommended you purchase the CoGS as soon as possible after you purchase the apostille service.
